Utah and Vegas baby

Justin's sister, Mauri, lives up in Cedar City, Ut. This year we (Justin's fam) all headed up to crash at Mauri's place for Thanksgiving which was an EXCELLENT idea by the way. a good run to start off the day of eating, followed by LOTS of food, laughs, and a movie. Friday we got in touch with our redneck side and hit the shooting range. My Bro-in-law had QUITE the collection of guns and that's an understatement. 

We Took off Saturday morning to head to Vegas to celebrate our 1st ANNIVERSARY! Yep, against all odds we made through the first year and couldn't be happier. Vegas was an excellent way to celebrate being STUCK with each other. Started out the night with Cirque Du Soleil. 

I don't think I've said "WOW" that many times... ever. It was pretty amazing.

Now THAT'S Dessert. Get in my belly now!

Birthday Celebrations

J and I have birthdays pretty close together. Our birthdays were simple this year a little hiking, some shopping, lots of eating and couple gifts .Getting old is not that great but it's MUCH better when were doing it together.

Justin goes to Thailand

Justin's job is a world wide company. In his position he is sometimes required to travel... it sounds more glamorous than it is (according to him). So off J went to supervise a new part being made in one of their factories. After traveling for 19 hours not including a 4 hour bus ride (boo) he arrived to the factory where he got a cozy cell all to himself. He spent about a week and a half there with only one day to get out and see the country side. The trip wasn't a total waste... he was able to check something off his bucket list. On Sunday, a few of the workers and Justin took off to check out the country side. They hit a couple national parks, went on a hike or two, had great food and got to ride and elephant!
